The Bone Garden was a very interesting book that took place in both the present and 1830.  It  is a mystery book about a woman named Julia who finds a skeleton while digging in her new garden.  This leads her on a journey that will help her identify the skeleton.  When reading this book you will also learn about the health care given during the 1930s and about the lives of a young woman named Rose, a maned named Norris, a baby named Meggie, and their friend named Oliver Wendell Holmes.  This book will keep you booked up until the last page.
