The Truman Award is chosen by Missouri junior high school students in grades 6-8. To vote in March 2010, students must read a minimum of four of the fifteen nominees which have been chosen for their high quality and appeal. Students vote at their school library. The winner is announced in the Spring. Additional information and past winners can be found at the Truman Award Website.
