Good Enough
by Paula Yoo

Good Enough was a very touching story. It was well-written by Yoo, with many quirks and writing styles including lists. The story examines what it really means to live up to your parents' expectations. Patti, the main character, starts in the summer before her senior year. She's auditioning with her violin. Her parents need her to be concert master, because music is her "hook" to get into HARVARDPRINCETONYALE. But when Patti meets a very cute trumpet player, her days of never disobeying, SAT practice tests, and spam every night are over. Read this fantastic novel if you've ever felt you weren't "good enough."
