Found
by Margaret Peterson Haddix

Angela DuPre saw something that night. She couldn't explain it more than this: The airplane just appeared out of nowhere. 13-year old Jonah was adopted but has learned to love his new family even when he didn't remember his old one. Maybe that's because he was adopted when he was still a baby. He's independent and his leadership helps everyone get through the hard times. His friend Chip, also 13, was adopted just like him. Except he didn't find out until just now. Desperate to find out who he is, they try getting information from their parents. Chip's parents won't tell him anything and Jonah's parents don't know much more than he does. However, when strange mysterious letters start arriving they start to get suspicious. Especially when the first one says, "You are one of the missing". They thought it was some stupid prank until they both got the second one that said, "Beware! They're coming back to get you." Jonah, his sister, Katherine, and Chip are plummeted into a string of strange occurring events. They meet with the FBI, people appear and disappear spontaneously. They are caught in the middle of something they didn't plan to be caught in. Two rival groups both want something completely different for Jonah and Chip's lives and they can't choose because both alternatives are scary and dreadful. But, do they have a choice. Intriguing, mysterious, and compelling, Found is a must read for anyone, even those who don't like to read. I can't wait for Sent to come out!
