The Book Thief
by Markus Zusak

The Book Thief was amazing! It was written in such a unique style that only a few authors could capture. With Death as the narrator, it puts a cool spin on the story. Obviously, I enjoyed reading this book because it always held my attention. The main character, Liesel, and I relate because we both adore books. In the story, a German girl living in the 1940's goes to a loving foster home and her life changes forever. She learns how to read, write, and how to truly treasure things. This book has so much to offer!!!
