Review

Among the Free is the last book in the Shadow Children series. It was my favorite in the series. My opinion is that the first and last books of any series are the best. Anyway, this book is about a boy Luke/Lee, an illegal third child, finally able to become free. His first 12 years of life, he was forced to hide from the Population Police so he could live. The population law is that a family can't have more than 2 children because the government thinks if they have less people, they'll have more food. But with the help of his friends, they try and save all third children. To try and destroy the Population, he joins the enemy, he tells people who he is, and puts his life in danger. What happens?
