Tuck Everlasting
by Natalie Babbitt

I read Tuck Everlasting which was about a girl named Winnie who meets this family who can live forever. When she falls in love with their son, she has to decide if she wants to live forever or not. I loved this book. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.

Tuck Everlasting is a story about how a girl named Winnie feels like she is trapped in her backyard inside the fence and wants to run away. She goes outside the fence in the woods the next morning and sees a boy drinking from a spring. He sees Winnie and he and his family kidnap her. They tell her never to tell anyone about the spring because it makes you live forever when you drink from it. Another man hears the story and buys the woods. The boy's mom, Mae, kills him and is supposed to be put to her death but she will never die. Winnie helps rescue her and they return Winnie home. They give her a bottle of the water so she can drink it when she's older and join them, but she doesn't. When the Tucks come looking for her in about 70 years she is dead. I liked this story and I would recommend it to my friends, but it didn't really feel finished.

Tuck Everl
asting is about a girl named Winnie who has grown up in a perfectionist family. She never gets to have fun and longs to find an exciting adventure. One day, while walking in the woods she finds a Tuck. In the end Winnie makes a decision that would change her life forever. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who feels like Winnie, shy and trapped.
