Gwyneth and the Thief was a very good book. It took place during medieval times. Gwyneth's father is sick, so she must run the castle until he gets better. When she is in desperate need of more soldiers to defend her castle, she turns to an injured thief, Gavin, and asks him to train the village men. Gavin pretends to be a squire while training the men. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes romance and suspense. VS 6/14/08
