Every year on Dizzy's Birthday she gets a special present from her mom who left her when she was four. She gets an extra special present on her 12th b-day, her mom comes to visit. She leaves with her mom to go to festivals. Her mom, Storm, tells her that her dad doesn't car if she goes with her, but really she lied to her. CI 6/10/08
