"Castaways of the Flying Dutchman" is a story about a boy and his dog who were thrown overboard during a storm from the Flying Dutchman. Most of the crew was sentenced to live on the ship forever, but Benn-the boy- and Ned-the dog-were the nicest on the ship. Because of this, they were granted eternal life by the angel of the Lord. Throughout the course of this book, Ben and Ned help many people and bring joy into their lives. I would recommend this obok because it is an exciting adventure book with many different lessons.
