A Muggle's Guide to the Wizarding World by Fiona Boyle is a useful companion to the Harry Potter series. Current, up to Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, this book includes everything from lists of potions and their effects, to all about different places in the Wizarding World. This book can be read by both die-hard fans and those just getting started, as this book is cleverly written not to give away any plots. If there is a risk of spoilage, she gives advanced notice beforehand. Some bonus features include a British translation guide and how to host your own Harry Potter party. This would be a nice book to check out if you can't keep the characters straight, want a list of all the known classes at Hogwarts, or just can't remember what a "remembrall" is. EH 06/27/06
