Cold in Summer was about a girl named, Ariadne whohad just moved to Tenessee from Florida. She meets a girl named May Butler who says she's lost and that she's some where cold in summer and warm in winter. Ariadne does a report on the lake in her town that was once a valley with a town in it but it was flooded. Ariadne learns that May was a girl who lived in the valley before it was flooded that went missing and was never found. Ariadne learns that May is a ghost! With the help of some people in the town who have seen May's ghost help Ariadne find May's body in a cave. AJC 6/22/07
