St. Charles City-County Library

The St. Charles City-County Library District Board of Trustees met in closed session for personnel issues at 2:45 pm on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at the Administrative Office, 77 Boone Hills Drive, St. Peters, MO.

 Board Members present:

• Mr. Greg Dohrman
• Ms Myra Crook
• Mr. Gary Heggs
• Ms. Lisa Pelikan
• Dr. Jerry Cook
• Ms. Mary Reese
• Ms. Kathleen Todd

 Board Members absent:

• Mr. John Thoelke
• Ms. Debbie Haupt

 Others present:

• Dan Bradbury, Managing Partner, Gossage Sager Associates
• Jobeth Bradbury, Owner and Partner, Gossage Sager Associates
• Julie Cinco, Search Committee Consultant

Following the interviews with the semi-finalist applicants, Greg Dohrman made a motion to adjourn to a closed session, pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3) – Personnel/Hiring. Motion was seconded by Myra Crook.  Roll call vote was called for by Mr. Dohrman to adjourn to closed session: Greg Dohrman - yes, MyraCrook - yes, Gary Heggs – yes, Lisa Pelikan – yes, Jerry Cook – yes, Mary Reese - yes, Kathleen Todd - yes

The Board members discussed the possible finalists for the Director position.  Four individuals were proposed and agreed upon by all present. 

Dan and Jobeth Bradbury will follow-up with contacts to all semi-finalist applicants and assist with arrangements for the finalist interviews in October.

Motion:  Lisa Pelikan moved to adjourn the closed session.  Jerry Cook seconded.  A roll call vote was taken.  All Board members present voted yes to adjourn:  Greg Dohrman, Myra Crook, Gary Heggs, Lisa Pelikan, Jerry Cook, Mary Reese and Kathleen Todd.

The meeting adjourned at 3:05 pm
