Materials that have not been requested by another resident may be renewed either in person, by calling any branch or online.
To renew materials online:
Access Your Account.
Enter your library card number and PIN.
From here, you can renew items, find out what you have checked out and if you owe any fines, and check or cancel any reserves.
There is a limit of six renewals per item.
Customers are liable for fines on overdue materials that are renewed.
Materials on reserve for another customer cannot be renewed.
Items not on the shelf may be placed on reserve. If an item is available it will be delivered to the branch of your choice within a few days. You will be notified by email or phone when the material arrives.
Reserve requests may be placed in person, by phone, or online using the library catalog.
Reserved items may be "frozen" for up to one year. Freezing a reserve will hold it in place until you release (unfreeze) it when ready for use.
