At certain times, due to illness, vacation, termination of employment, or other extenuating circumstances, temporary staff vacancies exist. Substitutions of staff and/or hours may be made to assist branch/division managers may approve up to 40 hours per week for substitute staff. Substitutions greater than 40 hours must be approved by the Human Resources Coordinator and the Deputy Director and/or the Director.
Temporary staff may be hired to cover vacant positions, when necessary. All requests for temporary hires must be put in writing and must be approved by the Human Resources Coordinator, the Deputy Director, and the Director.
