Cellular Phone Reimbursement

The St. Charles City –County Library District shall reimburse or supply cellular or other wireless phone service to key individuals. The District supplies such services and equipment, at a rate necessary to cover business use. Employees may opt to increase levels of service or equipment for personal use at their own expense. If the employees elect to be reimbursed rather than have equipment supplied, they shall submit such reimbursement as regular travel expenses.

The employees covered under this policy shall consist of:

1. Coordinator, Information Technology
2. One Programmer-Analyst specializing in programming who shall be designated by the Coordinator as the lead person for branch and departmental contacts.
3. One Programmer-Analyst specializing in network administration who shall be designated by the Coordinator as the lead person for branch and departmental contacts.
4. Other employees may be included by the Director for business necessity on a case by case basis.
