Teenage Fitness is a fantastic book! Kathy Kaehler explains how to eat healthier and exercise more in an easy-to-understand writing style. This book helped me realize that I need to accept and appreciate my body. It includes advice, tips, personal stories, and 2 workouts. Teenage Fitness is one of the best books I've read that motivates you to take good care of your body for today and tomorrow.
