Mission

Mission:

The Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation, organized under the laws of the State of Missouri, exclusively for literary and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, and particularly to solicit, receive, hold, and administer gifts, and to do such other lawful acts and undertake such other enterprises for literary and educational purposes for the support and benefit of the St. Charles City-County Library District or closely allied causes.
