Meeting call to order at 3:45pm

Financial Report- Given by Bob Houck- Covered investment portfolio- Market down, foundation looking for long-term.

Periodical Sponsorship- Firstar was our first sponsor- Tim DeGhelder will make demo covers for the rest of the board.  These will be distributed at the next meeting.  Remember to use our web site-

Householder Scholarship- Criteria will be looked at and developed for next meeting.  Bob Houck will bring criteria to next meeting.  Board discussion decided scholarship guidelines should not duplicate current reimbursement program.  Information to be published in Grapevine when ready.

Barb Mittelbuscher fund received another $150, funds will be held until an appropriate project can be dedicated.  This will also allow funds to mature.
