Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of the St. Charles City- County Library District shall be held on the second Monday of the
month at 7:00 p.m.
Meetings may be held at the District’s Administrative Offices, at branches or other facilities owned or operated by the District, or in
special circumstances at other buildings accessible to the public.
