You ReceiveAnnual Leave 1st pay period 100 hours per year with increases at 3, 8 and 15 years of service. Employees are eligible for quarterly and annual recognition if sick leave is not used. FT: $40 per quarter
Holidays Upon Employment 10 paid holidays per year: 7 holidays when the District is closed;

Medical & Dental Insurance 1st of month following hire date Employees must apply for coverage. Library District and employee share the cost. Long Term Disability Insurance 1st of month following hire date
Continuation of 60% of base salary due to illness or injury lasting 90+ days. District pays for the insurance. Life Insurance 1st of month following hire date Term life insurance policy equal to annual salary up to $50,000. District pays for the insurance. Cobra Upon Employment Continuation of insurance coverage for specific time after separation from library. Retirement Plan (LAGERS) After 6 months of employment Library District pays for the retirement plan. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Upon Employment Benefit, prepaid by the Library District, to provide assistance for employees and their families with problems which may affect work or home life.
