Performance Evaluations

Performance evaluations are tools for providing feedback for employees and managers. They are usually scheduled at 8 weeks and 6 months from the employment date. Subsequent evaluations may occur on an annual basis or as needed. For tracked employees, satisfactory performance is necessary to proceed to the next step on the Salary Schedule. After an employee reaches the top of the pay range, performance evaluations are completed as needed to comment on performance.

After the initial 6-month evaluation, non-track employees may receive annual performance evaluations to provide feedback on work performance.

Managers or employees may request a performance evaluation at any time.
