
Paydays
Paydays will normally occur on the 15 th and last day of each month. Holidays or weekends may alter paydays.
The supervisor will distribute paychecks after 10:00 a.m. on the payday. It is the employee’s responsibility to collect his/her paycheck from the immediate supervisor.
Part time, non-exempt employees are expected to submit timesheets to their immediate supervisors on the 6 th and 21st of each month.
Full time employees and part time exempt employees shall submit time reports at the end of each month to their immediate supervisor. They will also submit on the 15 th and end of the month, the Exempt Employee Payroll Reporting Form indicating any vacation, sick, or floating holiday hours used.
