Dual Track Programs

The District offers a Dual Track Promotion Plan to provide an opportunity for professional level employees, beginning with salary track E, to raise their salaries to the next higher salary track. The promotion plan rewards outstanding employees who decide to complete comprehensive personal and professional development. Upon approval by the District’s Admissions Committee, the salary increase is awarded on the July 1st of admission to the plan.

The District also offers a Dual Track Recognition Plan to recognize outstanding professional level employees, on salary track E or higher, upon the completion of an additional educational program. Application to the Recognition Plan will be reviewed by the District’s Admissions Committee and approved on an individual basis.

Newly hired professional staff my also be recognized for a completed educational program above the requirements for their position, if the education directly relates to the position.
