Compassionate Leave

Full time and part time employees may take up to three (3) days, with pay, to attend funeral in their immediate family. One day, with pay, is allowed for more distant relatives. Four (4) hours, with pay, may be granted for attendance at funerals of close friends or business associates.

In all instances, supervisors should be informed of the circumstances prior to taking leave.
