The ARC of the United States

The ARC of the United States works to include all children and adults with cognitive, intellectual, and developmental disabilities in every community.

DisabilityInfo.gov

DisabilityInfo.gov provides access to disability-related information and programs available across the government on numerous subjects, including civil rights, education, employment, housing, health, income support, technology, transportation, and community life.

IRSC - Internet Resources for Special Children

IRSC is dedicated to children with disabilities and other health related disorders including online communities where people can ask questions or connect with others who may have the same questions, thoughts, and/or experiences.

Learning Disabilities Association of America

Learning Disabilities Association of America is dedicated to identifying causes and promoting prevention of learning disabilities by encouraging intervention, fostering research, and protecting individual rights under the law.

NCLD - National Center for Learning Disabilities

Established in 1989, the NCLD is focused on education, public awareness, and advocacy activities for children and adults with learning disabilities.

NICHCY - National Information Center for Children and Youth With Disabilities

NICHCY provides information on disabilities and disability-related issues affecting children and youth up to age 22, with publications, directions to resources, as well as a toll free directory for questions.

National Organization on Disability

Their mission is to expand the participation and contribution of America's 54 million men, women, and children with disabilities in all aspects of life.
