
Procedures for requesting and reserving videoconferencing equipment:
- Fill out Videoconferencing Request Form.
- Print, sign and mail completed form to:

Check box on form stating that you will follow policy and procedures. Save copy of form and e-mail as an attachment to lreichmuth@stchlibrary.org
You will be contacted via phone or e-mail within 7 business days of receipt of your application to confirm your reservation. If the room is not available for the requested date(s) and time(s) you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or to cancel your reservation.
Note: If your meeting involves staff from the St. Charles City-County Library District, your meeting will be held at the District’s Administrative offices, 77 Boone Hills Dr., St. Peters, MO in Room 112. Otherwise, your meeting will be held at the Kathryn Linnemann Branch, 2323 Elm Street; St. Charles 63301, in the main meeting room.
If using the St. Charles City-County Library District Videoconferencing system at the Kathryn Linnemann branch, your organization is subject to all conditions of the District’s meeting room policy C256 unless otherwise specified in policy C256.5. This includes:
- Groups may be asked to verify non-profit status.
- Branch staff is not responsible for room setup, including placement of tables and chairs. Kitchen and food preparation facilities are not available. Users shall be assessed for damage to, and excessive cleaning of meeting rooms.
- Meeting rooms will be reserved only during hours when the staff is regularly on duty, and must be concluded in time to vacate the building at the regularly scheduled closing.
- Videoconferences that are not attended by St. Charles City-County Library District staff, and are held in a branch library, cannot be scheduled more than 60 days in advance.
