St. Charles City-County Library

The St. Charles City-County Library Board of Trustees is a nine member board. Five members are appointed by the St. Charles County Executive and four by the Mayor of St. Charles. The Library Board of Trustees meets monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at various library branches. Library Board meetings are open to the public.
